Unexpected cleanliness amidst chaos

The staff was friendly and accommodating, quickly changing our room with concern for our comfort. The breakfast offered some tasty options that helped start our day well.

However, the cleanliness was seriously lacking. We found long hairs in the bathtub and stains on furniture. It felt overall outdated and in desperate need of a deep cleaning.

I was really disappointed with my stay. The room wasn’t ready when we arrived, even though we checked in after the designated time. To make matters worse, there were ants crawling on the beds and furniture.

The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, making mornings special. However, house keeping did not clean my room any day of my stay, which was disappointing.

The remodeled rooms were cozy, and we felt right at home during our stay with mum. Breakfast was delightful, especially the hot pancakes!
